It's kinda cheesy walking on the streets seeing people wearing clown, ghosts, and other outfits, I know it's carnival and babies and kids are cutie pies, but GROWN UPS? FOR GOD SAKE...
In Brazil people are murdered by people with their face hiden why? IT'S CARNIVAL, no one cares, so then no one knows the murderer because his face was hiden...
